Paige Klaniecki

There are a hundred ways to say anything; I find the right way.

Tone, nuance, and syntax can all mean the difference between a message well-received and a memo passed over. In a world of gifs, emojis, and shrinking attention spans, I make every word count.

I've worked as a marketing copywriter for a real estate development company, an intern writing TV promos and spots for a creative content agency, a literary intern at an acclaimed regional theatre, an editorial writer for a digital social & culture guide, and a tutor in business-style writing. I think of myself as a verbal chameleon-- someone who can analyze the audience, assess the relationship between speaker and viewer, prioritize the goal, and then adapt my writing to best serve that goal. My vast experience in varied writing styles allows me to tailor my writing to specific audiences in any situation and, no matter who you are, that makes me the perfect candidate to help you tell your story.

The Michaels Organization (rebranded website)

As the company's Marketing Copywriter, I was heavily involved in the extensive rebranding of The Michaels Organization and its new website. While I began my position after much of the new branding itself had been developed, I was able to jump right in and begin contributing to how we conveyed the unique Michaels voice in order to evoke our mission and expertise. The website was born out of a collaboration from everyone on the marketing team, however I had a heavy hand in much of the text and copy on this website.
